Dr. R. Ramachandran is the Senior Consultant in STRATEGIC RESOURCES VISION (SRV) CORPORATE CONSULTANTS, contributing greatly in the area of employee training, development and corporate learning. He has accumulated vast experience in the area of training and developing human potentials, for more than 20 years, locally

and internationally.

He holds a MBA in HRM (UK) and received his specialisation in training and development from ITD (UK). He also holds a Ph.D in Parapsychology (UK).

Dr.R.Ramachandran is a Member of The International Association Of Coaching (IAC USA) and is a Fellow Member of the Asian Institute of Modern Management (AIMM UK).

He has wide and extensive experience working in different industries in various top management level, especially in multinational corporations. He has wide exposures and experiences in Operations, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, HR, Training and Consultancy. He is well-versed in people development and management skills. He has accumulated pragmatic and ready-to-use advice and tips for companies to implement at workplace. He consistently uses the Asian managerial values and organisational culture with deference during his programme, making them all the more useful and practical for application. He has trained thousands of participants in the area of Multiple Quotient applications such as EQ, PQ, FQ, AQ, etc.

Dr.R. Ramachandran has also actively conducted programmes for retail chains, transportation and logistics, postal services, manufacturing, hospitality industry, health support services, broadcasting, banking, insurance, public services and telecommunications, among others.
